Mr. Te Kai Shyan (D.S.M) is the Founder and Managing Director of TKS Capital Holdings, where he leads the group's strategic expansion across multiple industries. Starting from a humble car wash and detailing business, Mr. Te has grown the company into a diversified enterprise encompassing touchless auto car wash, auto car wash machine manufacturing, IT solutions, construction, marketing, and food & beverage restaurant — all unified under one parent organization.

His entrepreneurial journey reflects a bold vision and relentless drive, evolving from a single car wash setup into a multi-business operation with regional impact. Mr. Te's leadership continues to shape the group's growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

In recognition of his contributions to the community and the State of Malacca, Mr. Te Kai Shyan (D.S.M) was conferred the Darjah Seri Melaka (D.S.M) during the investiture ceremony celebrating the 72nd birthday of Tun Seri Setia (Dr.) Haji Mohd Ali bin Mohd Rustam, Yang di-Pertua Negeri Melaka.
